My name is Christie Williams

I am the founder of Proven Impact Consulting.  For 25+ years I worked for a leading CDMO in the Biologics and Viral Gene Therapy space, leading a variety of technical and operational teams, always in pursuit of a common calling: learning, maximizing strengths, building relationships, achieving results, and practicing discipline.  Starting my own business where I can combine my strengths to fulfill my purpose as a service to people and companies who need help from time to time is a dream come true.  I thrive in continuous learning.  I delight in solving problems.  I take joy in collaborating with teams as a trusted advisor, partnering to acutely understand the issue and develop solutions.  I am motivated to help others succeed and deeply satisfied when I see them achieve the desired impact.
